A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
St. Ann Center for Intergenerational Care understands that although people are living longer, family members are often absent because they work or live far away. Since they might not be aware of it, we’d like everyone to know about the services and funding available at St. Ann Center.
Our center is a unique "intergenerational" model that is open to all ages and abilities. We’re not a nursing home but a home away from home, offering affordable day services. We’re open Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm. At the end of the day everyone goes home, except for our overnight respite guests who stay from 1 to 20 days.
We respect the needs of each person, so anyone can come and feel welcomed by our Franciscan spirit. We offer a variety of services that improve the body, mind and spirit of our guests, helping them feel happier and healthier. Because we provide the expected and unexpected services we often say: “You have to see it to believe it!” So please come and see us.

St. Ann Center has been recognized as a model for intergenerational day services at the U.N. World Conference on Aging and on the Older Americans Act website. It also has received local and national awards.
We provide stay-healthy services for children, elderly, and people with disabilities in a state-of-the-art, home-like setting. Our adult and child day program includes hot meals and snacks, lots of social activities and nursing care with RN and LPNs on duty.

- Outpatient Rehab (PT, OT, Speech and Aquatic Therapy)
- Personal Hygiene (Whirlpool Bathing)
- Warm-water 88º Aquatic Program (wheel chair accessible)
- Hair and Nail Care
- Massage Therapy, Art & Music Therapy
